The company has been growing and is looking for a business development manager to support them in their evolution perspectives.
Description
** Business Development Manager
Your main responsibilities will be to:
- Develop the commercial activities of the company
- Develop & implement the sales strategy together with the management
- Analyze the market, the competition & trends
- Prepare & manage a budget
- Be a key actor in the company's strategy meetings
- Have a strong focus on new clients acquisition with a main focus in Brussels & Flanders
- Be responsible for the sales of all range of services that the company can provide
- Be an advisor for your clients by giving them the right recommendations
- Develop a tailor made approach by identifying & analyzing the needs of each client
- Develop long-term & strong relationships with your clients
- Be part of a SME & manage various tasks
- Report the the director
Profile
** Business Development Manager
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:
- Fluent in Dutch, French, English is mandatory
- Proven track record in B2B sales & in new business development
- Real sales profile - you know how to close a deal
- Ability to identify needs & to provide a tailor made approach with the right recommendations
- Both strategic & hands on - you will be part of a SME where you will have to manage various tasks
- Driven by challenges & eager to reach targets
- Real entrepreneur & autonomous profile
- Ambitious - ability to get more and more responsibilities
