Description

As an (Indirect) Buyer you contribute to additional indirect purchasing activities and conduct negotiation in alignment with internal stakeholders and in accordance with the defined strategies of the Group (locally & worldwide).

Tasks:

• You analyze indirect spendings, develop and implement procurement strategies
• You challenge existing ways of working in order to improve procurement results and efficiency, delivering procurement targets
• You identify internal needs/requirements and explore the market of suppliers
• You manage the entire relation with your international suppliers (sourcing, contract, negotiation…) * You manager the orders and pricing request & negotiation
• You evaluate, improve and follow-up the supplier's performance
• You conduct RFP's and negotiations in alignment with internal stakeholders in accordance with the defined Belgium Strategy/Project Priority list
• You are responsible for the management of the fleet on a strategic level and will be in charge of direct contact with dealers, contribute to define the car policy, providing support to the Fleet operations,…

Profile

Our client is looking for an (indirect) buyer that is ambitious, loves the purchasing process and is able to think out-of-the-box.

Profile:

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree
• You have a first relevant experience (in purchasing or fleet position is a plus)
• You speak Dutch or French with a good knowledge of English
• You have a very good knowledge of MS Office and SAP knowledge is a plus
• You have an analytical mind and dare to question processes and are willing to think along with optimizations
• You are stress resistant, flexible, dynamic and well-organized.
