As part of the development of its activities, we are looking for a Business Solutions Analyst for its head office located in Walloon Brabant.

Function

As a Business Solutions Analyst, you are an integral part of the IT team and will work in pairs with the IT Engineer under the supervision of the IT Manager and the Project Manager ERP. As part of the migration to a new ERP, our client completely reviews its processes to evolve towards a Group operation with the other subsidiaries.

Your main missions are as follows : 

As a database manager, you manage SQL databases and know the database architecture

As a reporting manager, you analyze the needs (locally and internationally) of users, develop scripts and user interfaces and train users

You provide support and evolutionary or corrective maintenance

As an ERP manager, you provide support and evolutionary or corrective maintenance and perform various administrative tasks, such as creating users, security, settings, etc.

Profile

You have a Bachelor in Computer Science, or equivalent by experience

You have at least 5 years of professional experience in ERP management in the industrial field (including production, WMS, logistics, etc.)

You have the following technical knowledge :  

• QlikSense software
• ERP software (ideally Microsoft Dynamics AX2009 and/or IFS)
• Network management, development, databases
• Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle
• Object-oriented programming. Knowledge of X++ (C++) and Powershell
• Ticketing tool
• You are able to write KPIs and train users
• You pay particular attention to the quality of your functional and technical analyzes

You have the following soft skills : 

You are organized, pragmatic and rigorous in developments and have excellent analytical skills

You are dynamic, result oriented and take initiative

You have a good team spirit and good interpersonal skills

You have an attraction for the analysis and continuous improvement of processes

You are stress resistant and able to manage deadlines and prioritize when faced with multiple tasks

You are fluent in French and English (minimum level C1 in both languages)

You are open to traveling two or three times a year to one of the group's subsidiaries, mainly in France.
