As part of its growth, our client is looking for a Customer Project Manager for one of its departments.

Function

In this function, you report to the manager of the Projects department and join a very dynamic and involved team. As a Customer Project Manager, you are responsible for the technical, commercial and financial aspects of a project from signature to delivery.

Your responsibilities :

You are the main contact for the client throughout the project

You are travelling about 25% of the time, you work on projects directly with your customers (national and international)

You manage all phases of the project in terms of deadlines, costs, quality and profitability

You define the technical choices and you apply them, you make sure that the contractual technical specifications are well respected

You coordinate the various stakeholders involved in the project (internal and external)

You monitor the risks and think of alternatives if things don't go as planned

You are responsible for customer relations from start to finish and ensure that it is delivered within the contractual deadlines. Customer satisfaction is your priority.

Profile

You ideally have a mechanical, civil or industrial engineer diploma or equivalent by experience

You have solid international experience in the management of infrastructure projects

You are familiar with the technical, legal and financial aspects of managing complex contracts

You are fluent in French and English, Spanish is an asset

You master the traditional Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ERP

You are willing to travel 25% of your time

You are born entrepreneur, you are creative and autonomous

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and know how to negotiate

You show initiative and are a driving force for the teams.
