Description

Responsibilities:

  • Developing business through extensive and persistent cold calling, emails and communication(s) to clients
  • Meet or exceed assigned quota of a minimum of calls per day
  • Scheduling the first Meeting for the Field Sales Team
  • Providing in depth information to the Field Sales team to enable the most qualified and productive demos
  • Researching and evaluating additional leads/prospects through web research
  • Developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, providing technical information and explanations
  • Working together with the Chief Revenue Officer to grow a specific sales territory & to support the acquisition of new accounts in the region
  • Maintaining all contacts/opportunities and recording all progress in CRM
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints

Profile

Your profile & Skills :

  • 1+ year of successful experience as Inside sales, Call center employee or Telemarketer preferably in Healthcare
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Native Dutch/French speaking, fluent in English or French/Dutch
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset. You maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with CRM applications preferred
  • You're a team player, open minded, creative and solution oriented.
