Your are the point of contact between the company and the clients with whom you build strong partnerships: you advise your client, coach them, create learning tools and act as an ambassador during events!
Our client is a strong company dedicated to inner and external beauty and wellness. The company has been developing its activity and innovations since the 20th century and is today a market leader with a unique way of selling, based on a strong Marketing strategy.
The company culture is based on communication, well-being, respect and so a great place to be working at! In their continuous growth, and the boom of e-commerce, they are searching for people to boost different markets: BeNeLux, France, Italy and Spain.
This position comes with several responsibilities:
- Takeover a portfolio of clients regarding your market
- Be the point of contact for them and build strong partnerships : insure a great experience, train them to the use and attributes of the products, bring them information and answer their questions
- Analyse the sales numbers and build conclusions in order to set new recommendations
- Work on creative digital tools, create webinars and conferences that you will present in front of an audience, bring your voice on social medias, etc.
- Act as a brand ambassador during events
- You report to the Sales Manager.
- French is your native language, you master English and if you speak fluently Dutch, Spanish or Italian, that's even better!
- You hold preferably a Bachelor in a relevant field
- A first experience in a client service oriented position is a plus: you have between 0 & 5 years of experience
- You are curious, open minded and solution driven
- You are stress resistant, resourceful and can handle many things to do!
