Our client, a prestigious Financial Service in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/EN Management Assistant to strengthen its team.

Missions

As a FR/EN Management Assistant, you will have the following tasks:

  • Management of Directors' agendas
  • Plan and organise travels and accommodations
  • Management of expense notes and invoices
  • Regular update of newsletters, presentations and organigrams
  • Organise meeting rooms in accordance with the needs (catering, projector, white boards, ...)
  • General administration

Profil du candidat

As a FR/EN Management Assistant, you have the following profile:

  • You already have a first experience as a Management Assistant
  • You have a Bachelor degree
  • You perfectly speak French and have a strong level of English. Dutch is a plus
  • You can use MS Office
  • Confidentiality, organisation and attention to details are very important skills for the position
  • You are immediately available (temp mission until September, with a possibility to stay longer or even get hired on a permanent basis on the longer term)

Conditions et Avantages

Our client offers you the possibility to work in a prestigious environment, easily accessible by public transports. A presence into the office will be required for the first weeks for training purposes. Then teleworking will be a possibility. Salary package will be based on your experience.
