Job Description

As an Office Manager, your tasks include (but do not only consist of):

  • Answering phone calls from clients and partners
  • Preparing meetings and organising agenda's
  • Supporting the commercial assistants and the administrative team
  • Supporting the organisation in general
  • Planning and preparing events in the organisation, organising lunches etc.
  • Welcoming visitors to the organisation
  • Managing the correspondence
  • Assisting in office administration work such as office equipment procurement, quotation, maintenance support, etc



Job Requirements

  • You are organised
  • You can set clear priorities
  • You are willing to learn and like varied tasks
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
  • Experience as Office Manager or equivalent is a plus
  • You can maintain good relations with external parties
  • You are willing to make an extra effort in times of high activity
  • You are familiar with Word, Excel and Outlook
  • In addition to team spirit, you like to work independently
  • You have a sense of responsibility
