You will develop the new products portfolio across the 3 regions, both strategically & operationally.

For one of our clients, an international innovative technology company, we are looking for a Segment Marketing Manager. Their offices are located in Liège.

The company is launching an internal "startup" to develop new products portfolio. They are looking for someone to take the lead on this project.

Description

As Segment Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will be to :

• Build, develop & manage an agile & multidisciplinary team (product and market experts, technical project leaders, IT engineers, Software developers, …)
• Have an international focus (Europe, APAC, US)
• Develop & implement a business strategy with a long-term vision
• Improve & grow the business by implementing strong & qualitative relationships with customers, suppliers & partners
• Developing the roadmap of the product portfolio (for both new & existing products)
• Have a transversal role within the company - you will closely work with various internal stakeholders/teams
• Make sure the new products are in line with company's core products
• Closely work with the 3 Region Leaders
• Directly report to the Chief Marketing Officer

Profile

The successful profile will have the following qualities:

• Fluent in English & French
• Strong strategic marketing experience, preferably with a digital business development
• Experience in leading a multidisciplinary & agile team
• Strong experience in project & stakeholders management
• Ability to federate & influence people
• Strong analytical, strategic & operational skills
• Entrepreneur mindset - you will be part of an "internal" start up
• Excellent communication, presentation & organizational skills
• Ability to travel across the region (Europe, APAC, US)
• Driven by challenges, solutions-oriented
