The Junior Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible to process each sale in the most efficient and effective way, and supports the stake holders to do the same. The most important stake holders are the sourcing, pre sales, the suppliers, logistics and fulfilment, accounting and customer care.

Description

As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator you are responsible to process each sale in the most efficient and effective way, and supports the stake holders to do the same. The most important stake holders are the sourcing, pre sales, the suppliers, logistics and fulfilment, accounting and customer care.

You act as a single point of contact for mentioned stake holders.

Tasks:

• Sales acceptance
• Confirmation Estimated Supplier Delivery Date
• Confirmation delivery conditions, and communication to the logistics planning team
• Provide logistics info to pre-sales
• Supplier Order placement
• Confirmation delivery date
• Delivery follow up
• Financial follow up.

During this process you'll strive to use the documents and IT tools in the most qualitative way.

Profile

We are looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator that :

• has a bachelor degree in International Trade, Supply Chain or Logistics
• has strong administrator skills, is organized, structured and has a problem solver mindset
• speaks fluently French and English
• is a real teamplayer, stress resistant and analytical
