Your challenges

  • In close cooperation with the CEO, you are responsible for the administrative and financial processes of the company, including human resources.
  • Supervising a team of 3 people and being supported by an external accounting firm (for VAT and Tax purposes), you are responsible for a.o.:
  • Finance:
    • General and cost accounting;
    • Budgets, YTD budgets to actuals follow-up;
    • Commercial and financial KPI’s definition and monitoring;
    • Monitoring of project and production work in progress;
    • Quarterly and yearly closings, including audits;
    • Treasury forecasts;
    • Purchase process (P2P);
  • Administration:
    • HR: from recruitment up to payroll administration;
    • Logistics;
    • Preparation, minutes, follow-up of the Boards of Directors and General Meetings;
    • Submission and follow-up of grant applications (mainly for R&D projects, financed by regional or European authorities);
    • Risk Prevention and Protection at Work activities.

Your profile

  • You hold a Master’s or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance or Business Engineering.
  • You have a minimum 5-10 years of experience in a similar position.
  • You have a very good experience in planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
  • Fluency in French and English is an absolute must. The knowledge of Dutch will be considered as an asset.
  • You master Excel and accounting tools.
  • A good knowledge of federal, regional and European financial supports (for research and development, employment, export...) is a plus.
