Sales Planning and Ordering Manager

As a Sales Planning & Ordering Manager you'll be responsible for an optimal production planning based on the forecasts and you'll have to handle operational tasks linked to the supply & demand planning.

As a Sales Planning & Ordering Manager you'll be responsible for an optimal production planning based on the forecasts and you'll have to handle operational tasks linked to the supply & demand planning.

Major tasks:

• Calculate the optimal production plan based on forecasts
• Explaining and justifying important planning decisions
• Executing operational tasks related to supply and demand, production problems, unforeseen demand and market fluctuations
• Reporting on stock management
• Ensure smooth communication and cooperation with all internal and external stakeholders to determine the production plan with the various parties. Explain and justify key planning decisions
• Negotiating with the OEM about delivery and production allocations (allocations)
• Managing the vehicle database in SAP, as well as vehicle pricing and after-sales adaptations (accessories);
• Anticipating model changes (Toyota & Lexus) with your colleagues of Marketing (Customer Experience)
• Participating and leading projects

Profile

We are looking for a Sales Planning & Ordering manager that :

• has a Master's degree or an experience in a similar role
• has strong communicator and negotiator
• has a problem solving mentality and can work independently
• is interested and open to learn new applications
• likes to be organised and work towards deadlines
• is fluent in Dutch, French and English (spoken and written)
