Client Details
My client is the Belgian entity of an international group listed on the stock market.
Historical actor if the chemical industry, they have placed sustainability at the heart of their value and of their production planning.
Today the company wants to invest a new sales talent to support the sales in Europe, in collaboration and with the close guidance of the hiring manager, an experienced professional who is passionate about developing potential.
Description
As Responsable commercial Europe, you are responsible for :
- Representing the company on the field - spending time abroad, meeting with clients to understand their specific needs, follow up on existing partnerships and advises them on specific projects
- Account Management - following up on existing businesses and strengthening them
- Providing product expertise to your client"s engineering teams -> solution sale
- Negotiating new business with the prospects buyers -> Product sale
- Identifying new business opportunities and converting them into new sales
- Collaborating closely with the Sales Director to the Export Sales strategy
Profile
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria
- Fluency in French & English is mandatory - other European languages are a nice to have
- 3 to 7 years of sales experience in a technical/industrial environment - you are able to both discuss with engineers and win tough sales negotiations with professional buyers
- Experience working in an international environment
- A driven sales mentality combined with a real account manager mentality - you ensure long-term professional relationships
- The ambition to learn and grow into a industrial environment and building product expertise
- The ability to work in autonomy but also to collaborate closely with the technical teams and your management
