As Customer Service, you will be responsible for:
- Contact person for customers via mail/telephone
- Taking and processing of orders up to and including delivery and invoicing
- Daily processing of orders and follow-up of deliveries in SAP
- Keeping your clients up to date on the various steps of the process
- Work as part of a team with emphasis on reliability, flexibility, and accuracy
The ideal Customer Service candidate:
- Bilingual Dutch and French, knowledge of English is a plus
- Knows how to get things done and is good at organizing his/her own work
- You have strong communication skills
- You are ambitious and have long-term aspirations for more responsibility within the company
- You are stress-resistant
