Are you Dutch speaking with a good knowledge of French?

We are looking for 2 adminitrative employees with experience in an accounting department.

The ideal candidate is responsible for performing accounting and administrative tasks. You support our business growth and accounting department by processing invoices, transactions and expenses and updating our accounting database. You have a good sense of negotiation to handle after sales.

Responsibilities :

 • Perform administrative support functions

• Handling accounts receivables, cash collection

• Processing and resolving customer complaints and returns.

• Collaboration with customer service and sales regarding complaints and returns


Functie-eisen

• Bachelor's degree in administration or a related field of study

• 1-3 years of experience in administration

• Native Dutch

• Good written and oral communication in French and English

• Very detail-oriented


Arbeidsvoorwaarden

A new professionnal experience in a welknown and international company, market leader in the distribution of promotional items.

A salary range between 2200 and 2500€ gross/month, following your experience.
