Mission:

  • Manage the payroll administration to ensure the correct calculation of the salaries and related documentation.
  • Work in collaboration with HR assistant to ensure the administrative management of the personnel
  • Perform a wide range of support to people in the company and to assist HRBP in their daily activities in HR management.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll :

  • Prepare and process payroll information for all staff in Belgium to send to the payroll provider in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Ensuring that the time-recording process is administered correctly through payroll;
  • Ensure monthly payroll reporting;
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to all employee payroll and benefits related queries
  • Provide advice and support on adhoc payroll projects, including a payroll migration and implementation
  • Ensure all new starter and leaver information is processed;
  • Maintain and manage all employee payroll files ensuring accuracy of active/terminated files;
  • Partnering with external auditors on annual audit requests;
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to all employee payroll and benefits related queries;
  • Ensure completion of social documents when necessary (C documents, mutual, …).
  • Ensure the updating of HR communications materials: payroll planning, planning of bank holidays… ;

Human Resources (operational) :

  • Manage all administrative changes related to staff: entry and exit service, moving, birth, marital status change ....;
  • Ensure the follow-up of the absences (encoding, return of Proof, medical control ...) ;
  • Ensure the support to the users of the time management system ;
  • Ensure the treatment of the incoming Human Resources mail ;
  • Ensure the administrative management and check the billing on the pension plan, hospitalization insurance, meal vouchers, board vehicles, work accident insurance, occupational medicine ...;
  • Answer questions from staff and hierarchy about social legislation ;
  • Support the administrative management of applications for temporary workers / students and the verification of the invoices of the temp agencies ;
