German & English-speaking legal secretary to assist 3 lawyers
Client Details
My client is an international law firm located in the centre of Brussels with more than 250 people combining all the offices.
Description
As an German-speaking Legal Secretary (m/f), your main tasks will be the following :
- Setting up meetings
- Answering calls, emails
- Drafting correspondence
- Registration of expenses
- Registration of invoices
- Registration of timesheets
- Travel arrangements: investigating and booking flights/trains, accommodations, taxis etc.
- Formatting documents (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Organizing events
- Updating the database
- Attending team meetings
- File Management
Profile
The successful German-speaking Legal Secretary (m/f) meets the following criteria :
- Languages: Perfect knowledge of German and English
- Good presence, flexible, organised person and multitask ability
- MS Office - Good knowledge (Word, Excel and Power Point)
- A previous experience in Germany is a plus
- A previous experience in Law firm is a plus
- Ideally 1-3 years experience as personal or management assistant
- French / Dutch are an assets
