Our client, a renowned Financial Service located in Brussels, is currently looking for a FR/NL Secretary/Administrative Profile to join its team for approximately 3 months.
As a FR/NL Secretary/Administrative Profile, you will have the following tasks:
- Agenda management
- Travel organisation (booking of different kind of transportation, hotels, ...)
- Mail management
- Meeting rooms management
- General administrative tasks like classification, scanning and archiving of documents, preparation of files
- Order furnitures for the office
As a FR/NL Secretary/Administrative Profile, you have the following profile:
- Excellent knowledge of French and Dutch. English is also important
- A (first) similar experience is required
- Bachelor degree or equivalent by experience
- Orgnanisation, proactivity, empathy and the ability to work with a team are very appreciated
