Client Details

Our Client, a big (international) player on the technology market, is currently looking for an Administrative Customer Service Support (3 months) to support the team.

The company is located in the region on Bonheiden (South of Mechelen)

Description

Your responsibilities as an Administrative Customer Service Support (3 months)

  • You create new sales orders in a timely manner, you very order and item information by reviewing quote and purchase order
  • You review orders daily for product availability to ensure timely delivery
  • You review daily and weekly open order reports and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any open order issues and communicate with customers and sales team
  • You main and grow the relationship with existing and new customers by monitoring their daily activity, following up on their interactions and resolving issues
  • You provide information to dealers: order status, pricing, product availability, shipping information, …
  • You are the commercial administrative key person for our customers
  • You resolve customer credit issues with the Finance team

Profile

The successful candidate

  • Speaks fluent English, any other language is a plus (German, Dutch, … )
  • Obtained a Bachelor's degree or equivalent by relevant experience
  • Experience in a customer service or sales support role is a plus
  • Works accurate and has eye for detail
  • Is a self-starter, flexible and dynamic
  • Is hands-on and a problem solver
  • Has good communication skills and is customer oriented
  • Is both independent and a team player
  • Is immediately available
