You are in charge of receiving the client's orders, encoding them in the system and follow up until invoicing.
You'll also be responsible of planing the transports.

Description

- Become the contact person of B2B customers (in French & Dutch)

- Process Orders (input appointments and back orders), forms , applications and requests

- Deal directly with customers either by phone or mails

- Respond promptly to BtoB customer inquiries

- Handle and resolve customer complaints

- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource

- Manage administration

- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments on stock

Profile

  • French and Dutch Speaker
  • 1st experience in customer service
  • Good communication
  • Open to work in different systems
  • At ease with excel
