You takeover a portfolio of existing clients and conquer new partnerships with the goal of fidelising them, training them to the use of the products and representing the values and quality of the brand.

Our client is a worldwide reputed cosmetics group counting dozens of luxury brands, leader on the prestige beauty market and investing in research and innovation since the beginning to always seek for excellence and quality. In Belgium, the company culture is friendly, flexible and open minded counting around 100 people.

For their strongest brand in the hair care division, cruelty free and vegan, they are today looking for that passionate field sales person to join a team of 6 people in Sales & Marketing.

Description

  • Takeover the existing portfolio of clients (professional hairdressers and e-retailers) in Brussels and Walloon Brabant
  • Extend your market and develop new partnerships
  • Build loyalty from your clients, share your passion, take the time, train them to the use and sell of the products
  • You will work closely with Marketing to bring both off and online channels to their highest potential
  • You report to the Brand Manager.

Profile

  • French is your mother language, you speak English and Dutch is a plus
  • You hold a degree in a relevant field
  • A first commercial experience
  • Knowledge of the hair care industry is a strong asset: if you do not have this, but you are passionate, a people person, you have a strong affinity with the sector and this position speaks to you, then apply to it !
