As Customer Service Coordinator - FMCG you will work on Order to Delivery management and will be included in optimizations, KPI analysis & reporting and Supply Chain projects.

Our client is an international leader active in FMCG with office in Brussels.
Description
As Customer Service Coordinator - FMCG your main responsibilities will include:
- order management process from A-Z in SAP
- optimising order patterns and delivery processes
- contact person for customer portfolio
- develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as demand planning, warehouse, supply planning, sales and field department
- Manage customer interface tools and suggest improvements where possible
- KPI reporting and follow up, including root cause analysis and actions
- analysis of sales results in collaboration with the sales & marketing teams
- support the customer service manager closely and act as the 'go-to' person in her absence
- support ad hoc supply chain projects
Profile
The ideal Customer Service Coordinator - FMCG has the following competencies:
- Very strong level of French and English, at least a good level of Dutch is required
- Higher degree in Supply Chain oriented education and/or experience in similar role
- Very good level of Excel (advanced) is a must
- Experience with SAP is a big plus. Otherwise, being IT-literate is required.
