The Technical Sales Support is the technical and commercial interface between the customers, the sales team and the technical team.

Missions
The Technical Sales Support is the technical and commercial interface between the customers, the sales team and the technical team, and as such he:
- Addresses customer's requests on a technical as well as on a commercial level
- Provides pre- and after sales support with the sales officers
- Manages technical files and ensures the creation and monitoring of offers and potential businesses
Profil du candidat
Bachelor our Master in electro-technical field
Work experience (min 5 years or more)
Ideally experience with field service and customer relationship
Computing skills: experience with ERP tool, CRM tool and excellent knowledge of Office tools
