As Administrative Financial Officer, you will help the team with a variety of administrative and financial tasks.
Our client, a prestigious investment group, is currently looking for an Administrative Financial Officer to strengthen their team.
As Administrative Financial Officer, you will have the following responsibilities:
- Manage financial administrative tasks: payment and filing of purchase and financial transactions, follow-up and reminder of sales invoices
- Do a close follow up of the expenses of each project
- Be the contact person for your colleagues regarding all administrative issues
- Provide a general administrative and financial support
As Administrative Financial Officer, you have the following profile:
- You have a Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field or you have an equivalent experience
- You have a good oral and written French and English. Dutch is an asset.
- You are analytical, optimistic, autonomous and resourceful, you are not afraid to learn and to propose solutions
- You are rigorous and organized
- You have a good knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, …)
