As Digital Marketing Project Manager you will be managing the production workflow within the internal digital studio.

You will make the link between all requests & production team.

To strengthen the internal digital studio, our client is looking for a Marketing Project Manager.

Description

As Digital Marketing Project Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

• Follow & manage all projects requests coming from various departments (communication, sales, CRM, product, ...)
• Pilot the project tracking tool
• Manage the production workflow
• Develop & federate the right team around projects
• Identify and anticipate potential risks
• Plan sprints
• Be the single point of contact for internal customers
• Be the process owner & guardian

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

• 5 years of experience in marketing project management, preferably within a digital agency
• Fluent in French & English - Dutch is a strong asset
• Ability to manage pressure & high volume of projects
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise tasks
• Strong experience in stakeholders management
• Experience working with Agile & Scrum methodology
• Solution oriented, positive, curious, agile
• Strong entrepreneur mindset
