Sales Assistant is responsible for building long term partnership with the customer and achieving strategic objectives.

Description
Working on projects that provide:
- Analytical skills
- Hands-on commercial exposure e.g. to new product launches, promotional activities etc.
- Maintain Accelerate (or equivalent) system integrity for given account team
- Assist Key Account Manager's (KAM's) in data entry, maintenance and accuracy
- Assist KAM's in fact gathering and follow up admin resulting from customer claims relating to Accelerate entries
- Facilitate better administration and customer relationship building
- The key focus will be about "learning through doing" within a supportive coaching framework
- Correct in-store and shipment dates
- Raising admin detail for invalid customer claims
- Follow up and fact gathering for specific task - eg open liabilities
- Support KAM's in Annual planning process - listing all new NPD's into customer
Profile
- Minimum 1 years professional experience as a sales assistant
- Educated to minimum bachelor's degree level ideally in a business related subject from recognized University
- Fluency in Dutch, French and proficient in English
- Ability to think outside the box
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing strategy and planning issues
- Resilient and able to respond under pressure
