Credit Controller - 1 year - Brussels - Retail

My client is currently looking for Credit Controller speaking English & French or Dutch to join his Credit Control department during 1 year for his office in Brussels.

Description

Process accounts receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and group procedures
Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting and recording accounts receivables' data
Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
Verify discrepancies and resolve clients' billing issues
Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients
Process implementation
Reporting
Presentation to the management

Profile

Bachelor or Master degree
0-3 years of experience
Excellent English written and oral communication skills; a second language (French or Dutch) is a strong advantage
Understanding of accounting, understanding of VAT concepts (Belgian and European), & project accounting
Good knowledge in Excel.
