As Part-time Office Manager/Assistant Accountant, you will have to handle the daily maintenance of the office and establish different data reports.

Client Details

Our client, a prestigious family office located in Brussels, is looking for a part-time Office Manager/Assistant Accountant to complete their team.

Description

As a part-time Office Manager/Assistant Accountant, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Handle the general administrative support to the company's investors
  • Manage the invoicing aspects and frequent interactions with the fiduciary in charge of the Family Office accounting
  • Manage and handle the daily maintenance of the office: ordering supplies, inventory of equipment, …
  • Administration and management of various subscriptions (newspapers, magazines, but also telephony and electricity in particular)
  • Establishment of financial data reports in Excel
  • Organization of trips (occasional) at the request of investors: means of transportation, hotels

Profile

As Part-time Office Manager/Assistant Accountant, you have the following profile:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Strong affinity with numbers and ease with MS Office and especially Excel
  • Perfect knowledge of French and very good English
  • Ability to work independently in a small team

Job Offer

Our client offers a 50% part-time position with exceptional flexibility: either 5 half days or 2.5 days a week (the days will be determined afterwards and may vary if necessary). Our client is easily accessible by public transport. The salary package will depend on the experience and will include many extra-legal benefits.
