VECTURIS is a private railway operator providing transport services - mining products, general cargo and passengers - through various contractual frameworks (full concession, track access agreement, management contract, technical assistance).

Your position

You will be involved in projects related to various railway networks mainly located in Africa.

In this context, you will carry out preparatory and technical support work, namely: contact with suppliers and/or manufacturers of railway rolling stock such as diesel-electric locomotives, wagons, mechanised track maintenance equipment, design of maintenance workshops with budgeting, planning, placing orders, KPIs, etc.

You will supervise the purchasing office in charge of the purchase of mechanical and electrical spare parts and supplies for internal and external customers.

You will report to the Managing Director.

Your Profile

You are practical, communicative, dynamic, hard-working and you want to join a family-owned SME.

You are a graduate or industrial engineer in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering with 5 years' experience in the railway sector or 10 years' experience in an industrial environment.

You are familiar with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and MS Project.

You are willing to carry out assignments abroad.

Driving licence.

Languages

Fluency in working languages: French and English.

Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
