As Sales Manager you will develop & recruit a sales team to develop the Belgian market.

You will manage, coach, drive the team. You will be on the field as well.

Our client is a dynamic SME that delivers a SaaS solutions for customers in the real estate sector.

The company has been growing a lot for more than 15 years and has developed offices in 4 different countries & customers in more than 25 markets.

To strengthen the development in Belgium, the company is looking for a Sales Manager.

Description

As Sales Manager your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Develop the team (almost from scratch) by recruiting new sales people
  • Manage, coach, train & drive your team
  • Develop the sales & business development strategy
  • Implement, follow & monitor team's KPI's
  • Be on the field to develop business as well
  • Support your team (negotiations, conflicts, etc)
  • Report on a regular basis to both the Belux Managing Director & Country Manager

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales
  • Experience in Software sector is an asset
  • An existing network in real estate in Belgium is an asset
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, English
  • Experience in recruiting & managing a team is a strong asset
  • Strong leadership skills (or potential)
  • Excellent communication & presentation
  • Ability to federate people
  • Ability to have a both operational & strategic mindset
