Real Estate Developer - international media company

On a national scale (FR/NL), you identify and manage the implementation of new advertisement spots in the streets and on the buildings, developing a strong network in the real estate and public sectors.

Our client is a well reputed company specialising in the advertising industry and working with all sectors - FMCG, Sports, IT, Health-care, etc. They offer several types of boarding advertisement to their clients so they can communicate to their own customers with creativity and dynamism: street marketing set ups, digital boards, large displays, etc.

Being an innovative and modern business, they also seek to have the best teams internally and make them enjoy their work and environment. Today counting more than 100 people on the outskirts of Brussels, they are searching for that autonomous, passionate, people person to help them grow even more.

Description

You will work very closely with the sales manager and seek together for the best public and private spots to set the boards and displays for companies to communicate their message.

You will make offers to the relevant decision makers - local authorities and building owners depending on the location - and negotiate the terms of every partnership.

You will have a strong focus on attending events, fairs, conferences, and networking mission in order to build a network and become a reference in the industry.

Profile

• Working on a national scale, you have full professional skills both in French and Dutch
• You have a few years of working experience that taught you to be commercial, autonomous, persistent. An experience within real estate or the public sector is a plus
• You are commercial, efficient, passionate and a team player
• You hold a degree in a relevant field.
