Job Description

  • Organisation of meetings
  • Monitoring activities between meetings
  • Management of documentation related to the working groups.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Manager and External Members
  • Answering phone calls, taking messages
  • Organise meetings, prepare agenda, send minutes of meetings
  • Organise travel
  • Follow-up on files and actions
  • Take notes of meetings



Job Requirements

  • Experience of minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of MS Office, in particular Powerpoint and Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise the daily workload
  • Work in an organised, pro-active manner
  • Interest in European affairs
  • Excellent knowledge of spoken/written English (C1 minimum)
  • Good knowledge of French (B2)
  • Any other language (Dutch, German,..) is a plus.
