Description
- Be the point of contact by phone or by mail
- After-sales Service: ensure the customer requirement by telephone of the products / services, provide expert advice to customers and manage the after-sales files in order to contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the organisation.
- Treatment of questions & complaints
- Respond, qualitatively and within a limited time frame, to customers' questions mainly by telephone and if necessary via other communication channels in order to maintain the customer relationship in line with the defined standards and with the required reactivate
- Develop and maintain professional knowledge and technical skills in the area of Customer Service in order to maximise them and apply them optimally within the organisation
Profile
- Fluent in German, English/French. Dutch is a plus
- 2-3 years minimum in Customer Service or relevant roles
- You like to take initiatives and multitask
- You are flexible in terms of function
- Quick learner, commercially driven
- Proactive, dynamic and positive mindset
- Good skills on MS Office
