As a Junior Management Assistant you are working for a team of manager and you are helping them in their day to day work.
Client Details
Our client is an international company active on the consulting sector.
Description
Main responsibilities:
- Providing daily administrative support to a client team including partners and
directors
- Managing calendars and organising meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail, filtering and forwarding internal and
external calls
- Organising and following up on travel arrangements, hotels and restaurant
bookings
- Preparing presentations in Google Slides and Powerpoint, reviewing existing
presentations for spelling and layout or transposing flip charts into Google
Slides and Powerpoint
- Taking minutes, maintaining records of meetings and ensuring action points
are followed up
Profile
Successful candidate:
- You have a bachelor's degre
- You have a very good level in English & French or Dutch
- You are able to work independently but can also work well in a team
- You have good communication and organisational skills, you know to prioritise
and you are good at multitasking
- You are detail oriented and able to handle sensitive information with a high
level of confidentiality and discretion
