Maintenance Manager - Ghent region - Technology/Manufacturing

• As the Maintenance Manager you are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining the maintenance management system.
• You'll define the Maintenance Strategies.
• Be responsible for the maintenance budget and oversee the technical projects.
• Lead a well-structured team of Leaders and their team members.
• You will report to the Plant Manager.

Profile

Maintenance Manager - Ghent region - Technology/Manufacturing

• You have at least a Technical Master's degree or equal by experience.
• You have relevant experience within an international environment.
• All-round technical expertise.
• You are result-oriented and have a can-do mentality.
• You have an analytical mind and can think along at a strategic level.
• You speak fluent English.
