Our client is an international food service company based in Amsterdam. Since the continuous growth of the Belux (Belgium Luxemburg) market we are looking for a marketeer with significant B to C experience and knowledge of the Belux market to lead and scale up the online and offline marketing functions in these 2 countries. You can count on a smooth and effective collaboration with your marketing team mates specialists based in Amsterdam.

 

 

Function

 

 

  • You report to the Associate Director of Growth Marketing Benelux and work daily with 16 Benelux online/off line marketeers, influencer marketeers and direct to consumer marketeers. 
  • You build and execute with them a strong growth plan for the Belux markets .
  • You become an expert and innovator in continuing to evolve how Belgium and Luxembourg acquire customers through a range of online and offline marketing channels.
  • Your work spans a variety of digital marketing channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, Social, and Display, as well as offline marketing channels, including but not limited to Direct Mail, Inserting, and Field Marketing as well as Referral Marketing.
  • You collaborate with the global marketing teams (who are your partners responsible for executing campaigns) to continually optimize the online channel mix, spend, and tactics.
  • You take a strategic and analytical approach to manage all online and offline marketing channels to meet CAC, ROI, and budget goals.
  • You are a driving force in understanding and incorporating market dynamics in Belgium and Luxembourg into constant testing, innovation, and optimization strategy.

 

Profile

 

 

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in online & offline performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding and passion for the marketing landscape in Belgium, including recent trends.
  • Strong communicator, analytical skills, full of ideas, highly self-motivated with a hands-on mentality who can work well independently as well as in a team.
  • Fluent in English. Dutch and/or French are a plus.
    • Based in Amsterdam or Antwerp with regular face to face meetings in Amsterdam with the team. (not applicable for the moment due to sanitary circumstances)
