Their platform tackles the two core issues in radiopharmaceuticals :  the ability to 1) produce high-quality and quantity radioisotope to meet tomorrow’s needs and 2) develop an efficient translational & biology research platformtargeting innovative radio-pharma treatments.

To reinforce its team, Full-life Technologies is looking for a (m/f): Project Engineer – RadioPharma.



As a Project Engineer, you contribute to the design and development of a new plant. You lead different projects related to the equipment and process of the new facility. Reporting to the Production Manager, you coordinate the projects in a deadlines, quality, risks, and costs management approach. 

Key responsibilities:

  • You contribute to the design of a new facility equipment and process.
  • You translate the needs into “User Requirement Specifications”
  • You follow the equipment construction according to the project management standards.
  • You manage the project of production processes development and plant design with the R&D team or external subcontractors.
  • You assess the impact of change on the project (equipment, process, cost, timing…)
  • You define the acceptance criteria, and you perform the acceptance testing.
  • You define the quality expected from a process.
  • You define the safety criteria and contribute to the safety report redaction.
  • You define the preventive maintenance plan for the equipment.
  • You ensure continuous improvements of the equipment’s and processes.
  • Report your work evolution to the top management on a regular basis. 



  • Master’s degree in engineering, preferably in nuclear sciences, chemistry or electro-mechanics or equivalent.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a project engineering, preferably in a radioisotope production unit.
  • Analytical, rigorous, details-oriented, autonomous, committed, and flexible. 
  • Open-minded with strong team spirit and good interpersonal skills. 
  • A certification in project management is a plus.
  • Ability to work within a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
