The Logistics/Sales administration Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of a project in progress, according to the planned schedule.
Manage, control and coordinate the execution of major projects at the administrative and logistical level.

Description
The Logistics/Sales administration Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and management of all aspects of a project in progress, according to the planned schedule.
He/She is responsible for the smooth execution and supervision of projects from the order intent phase (prob > 75%) to the final delivery phase.
Manage, control and coordinate the execution of major projects at the administrative and logistical level.
Be responsible for customer satisfaction in the execution of the project.
Tasks:
- Initiate kick-off meetings to best manage the execution of future projects
- Understand the global vision of the project, its challenges and pay particular attention to details
- Be the privileged interlocutor - communication interface - between the different parties, both internal and external (other departments and colleagues, suppliers, logistics, production, transport, wholesale, customers, Sales team, etc.)
- Proactively anticipate the product needs of projects (reservations, production, alternative solutions, buffer stocks, etc.)
- Entering project orders and following up on deliveries to customers
- Proactively monitor delivery deadlines and anticipate potential shortages or delays in delivery
- Follow up on deliveries and manage unforeseen events during transport
- Handle customer complaints and returns (credit notes, backorders, etc.)
- Responsible for specific project customers and orders of 'project' products
- Telephone support for customers and Sales team
- Support and backup within the Sales admin team
- Handling requests for prices, delivery times and outstanding deliveries

Profile
We are looking for a Logistics/Sales administration Coordinator that:
- Has experience with project management in implementation
- Has a broad knowledge and experience with supply chain processes and administration, in a B-to-B organization.
- can work easily with MS Office (advanced knowledge Excel is essential)
- Is fluent in French, Dutch and English
