Description

Under the responsibility of the manager and under the supervision of the company, you are the interface between the suppliers and the company.

You manage and anticipate supplies, flows and product stocks in order to avoid any shortage or overstock.

In this context, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Define and manage supply plans according to the sales plans defined by the agencies: forecast sales and quantities to be ordered, follow up on the supplier order placement schedule, analyze consumption history and exceptional orders, etc.
• Manage orders with suppliers: enter orders, follow up on back orders, follow up with suppliers, etc.
• Manage stock: management of order trigger points, anticipation of shortages and overstocks, etc.

Profile

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Replenisher that:

• has a significant experience in a similar position
• is familiar with IT tools: MS Office and/or SAP
• is rigorous and organized
• has an analytical and synthetic mind that allows you to be reactive and to resist stress
• has a good interpersonal skills and are comfortable communicating with different internal and external contacts
• speaks French, English and ideally Dutch
