Client Details

Our client is a dermato-cosmetic company present worldwide. Strong in their field and innovative, they provide a complete range of products to meet the different skin care's needs. As a human and dynamic structure, they have the ambition to develop their business along with their team members.

In order to sustain their growth, they are currently looking for a new Field Sales Manager that will drive the pharma field sales team toward success.


As the successful Field Sales Manager - Pharma - Dermato Cosmetics, you will have the following responsibilities:

    People Management: lead, coach, monitor and define objectives for the national field sales team

    Account Management: be the main point of contact between the client, the field sales team and the company

    Achieve sales and marketing plans and deliver profitable core business revenue

    Provide strategic recommendations and manage their implementation in collaboration with internal teams.

    Project management on sales projects and integration processes

  • Market analysis: on customers' attitudes, effectiveness of sales strategy

  • Business Development: seek opportunities and identify high potential accounts

  • Organise and participate in fairs and events

    Develop and provide sales management accurate reporting of monthly field sales team activity, sales results and forecasts


As the successful Field Sales Manager - Pharma - Dermato Cosmetics, you will have the following requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor or a Master's degree in Business or equivalent by experience

  • A proven experience in a similar position; Key Account management or Trade marketing is a plus.

  • Strong communication, analytical, negotiation and organizational skills.

  • Dynamic, self-motivated, open-minded, persuasive and problem-solving skills. Team player.

  • Strong people skills & willingness to help people develop on the long term

  • Fluent in French, Dutch and English is mandatory

  • Competent user of MS Office
