Description

As Operations Manager, you will:

• Manage your team of 100 people (direct & indirect report) and lead by example
• Be responsible to all the logistic IN/OUT-bound process flow, reception, packaging, storage…
• Reach your internal & external targets (KPIs and dashboard management)
• Increase the quality & performance and decrease the costs
• Oversee the planning orders, the staff planning, problem solving…
• Maintain & improve customers relationships
• Seek continuous improvement
• Stand for the application of HSE Standards
• Be able to deal with unions

Profile

Profile - Operations Manager :

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar position ideally in for a 3PL
• Entrepreneur, diplomatic, lead by example, team spirit and result oriented
• Fluent in English and French
• Knowledge in Microsoft dynamics and Power BI
