Client Details

Our client is an international company located in the center of Brussels. Their offices are reachable by public transports.


As a HR & Payroll Coordinator, you will have the following tasks :

Recruitment and on-boarding:

  • Targeting the right channels for the right profile
  • Opening vacancies (websites, LinkedIn, internal systems)
  • Helping out where necessary during the recruitment process
  • Supporting the administrative part of the hire process (contracts, updating of HR-systems, Dimona, …)
  • Organising and animating the employees Welcome Day

HR & payroll administration :

  • Assisting with HR and Payroll-related questions
  • Making addendum
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in the different systems (Expert Salary, Mpleo, Protime)
  • Administrating benefits, verifying and processing payroll data
  • Annual payroll activities: calculating eco vouchers, end of year bonus, holiday money
  • Acting as the liaison between employees and insurance providers
  • Organising staff activities and events

Training & development :

  • Analysing the needs
  • Searching for appropriate trainings
  • Organising trainings
  • Evaluating
  • Setting career path and training plan where needed


As a HR & Payroll Coordination :

  • You are familiar in using social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook) for finding and connecting with prospective candidates
  • You have an experience in employee's retention and career plan.
  • You have strong communication skills, both written and oral, in French, English and Dutch. MS Office does not have any secrets for you.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are self-evident; a professional and positive attitude essential.
  • You have a bachelor diploma (HRM) or a first experience in a HR or Payroll function.
