Our client has been active in personal care product manufacturing since more than a century and is a worldwide leader in skin care (FMCG). Today, there are looking for a Data Protection Manager in Brussels (Anderlecht) to reinforce their teams.

Description

As Data Protection Manager, you will report to the Finance Director and be responsible of adequately preventing material data protection infringements and compliance management. You will be in charge of:

• Implementing and executing the Data Protection Management System on a local level (scope including three countries)
• Organising and giving trainings locally
• Adapting the Data Protection Management System if required to identify and prevent/manage local data protection risks

Profile

As Data Protection Manager, you have:

• Degree in Law
• Previous experience in data protection law and management
• Knowledge of Compliance Management Systems and Risk Management, Information Technology, data processing and data flows
• Motivated, constructive, and flexible working attitude
• Proactive, structured, and independent working manner
• Organizational talent, dynamic, communicative, creative
• Fluent in Dutch, English and French
