they are now looking for a Dutch speaking internal account manager that can be the Contact Person of the different clients and can think pragmatically.
What can you expect as Internal Account Manager:
- Manage your Client portfolio
- Manage Client calls, enter and follow up orders
- Manage showroom visits, advice on staging
- Handle disputes (late, loss and breakage, exceptional discount)
- Develop customer loyalty, develop and advise a Client portfolio
- Handle different projects to make sure the events goes to plan
- You speak Dutch
- You are commercially minded
- You are rigorous and organised
- You are reactive, dynamic and a good listener
- You like to work in a team
- You have a good resistance to stress
- You are sensitive to the "event environment
