For our client leader in the logistics sector we are looking for a Supervisor Air Export.

With knowledge, motivation and sense of responsibility the supervisor manages his

team members. Takes time to guide his members in the daily operations, monitors and

facilitates the execution of team processes and performs administrative tasks.

• You Ensures team members accomplish their daily operational activities.
• You organize the work and keep the schedule
• You implement operational policy by communicating job expectations, planning,
• You monitoring and appraising job results.
• You Detect and remove challenges.
• You Coaches, counsels, and disciplines employees.
• You are responsible for good working practices, safety and security

• You have leadership, people manager skills
• You have an excellent communication and networking skills
• You have technical skills to organize, including prioritizing, planning, assigning and controlling
• You have  analytical skills 
• You are results driven 
• You can speak on a professional level in 2  languages (ENG & FR) for contact with
• customers, customs and colleagues
• You have a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and/or at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• you are familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures
