Description

As Project Manager, you will have the following tasks :

• You have a central position within the company and you will collaborate with our different departments : e-commerce, SAV, contact center, marketing, customer experience, webshop and our physical shops.
• Your main goal is to analyze the client's satisfaction regarding their omnichannel experience.
• You will go on the field, meet our shops manager and identify concrete action points.
• You identify best practices and extend that on a national level.
• You do reporting and communicate the results to the right department.
• You will define the objectives to reach and plan a strategy.

Profile

As Project Manager, you have the following profile :

• You have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management, as field representative or team management related.
• You have good communication skills and feel at ease during presentations.
• You have a perfect level of French AND English.
• You take initiatives, you are flexible and you have an analytical mindset.
