Our client, an international player in the medical sector, is looking for a driven and experienced Customer Service Representative for the French Market. The company is easy accessible by car.
Description
- Order Handling: process customer purchase orders by verifying all details. (order-to-cash)Communicate lead times to clients Complaint handling Administrative follow-up You provide customers with all necessary documentsBuild relationship with clients and create engagement
Profile
- Bachelor degree (no must)
- 5-10 years of working experience, preferably at least 5 years in a Customer Service position
- Excellent knowledge of French and English (Dutch is a plus)
- Driven
- Pro-active
- You love to work
