Client Details

Our Client is an international player in the Learning & Development sector. They provide executive training's to the leaders of big company to help them grow.

They are now looking for an Account & Client service Manager that propose the wide range of services to existing and new clients

Description

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducts systematic follow-up in an effort to develop new client accounts (acquisition) and enhance relationships with existing accounts (retention)
  • Identifies new sales channels and leverages the existing ones
  • Manages existing clients and expands the business with those clients
  • Prepares and facilitates presentations on specific areas of our Client's educational programs, products, and services for prospective and existing clients in an effort to develop and advance business relationships
  • Proactively manages and implements plans for sales strategies
  • Engages daily with participant during the different phases of their Leadership Journey
  • Collaborating with the different business units to implement strategies for opportunity recognition, lead management and client relationship management.

Profile

  • You speak fluently English, any other languages is a real plus
  • You have superb interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • You have a first experience in sales, marketing or client service
  • You have excellent presentation and communication skills (written & verbal)
  • You shows strong inclination for learning agility
  • You have strong problem identification and objection resolution skills
  • You can work individually and as part of a team
