Description

Order-to-cashOrder Handling: process customer purchase orders by verifying all details. Communicate lead times to clients Complaint handling Administrative follow-up You provide customers with all necessary documents (health and safety, legal, etc.) Build relationship with clients and create engagement

Profile

You have relevant customer service experience You are fluent in German and English. All other languages are an asset You are able to work in an environment that is not fully structured yet You are customer oriented and a problem solver You communicate pro-actively You are a real team player
