Deliver excellent Operations Support service within the areas relevant for the market e.g. :
- Transactional tasks not handled in Shared Service Center
- Logistics queries
Escalated complaints 2nd level support
Helps implementing standardization of Operations Support tasks across markets in the region by sharing knowledge
Personal Responsability :
- Ownership and achievement of personal targets, KPIs and objectives to drive own success as well as overall business success.
- Be open to and engaged with performance management and coaching agenda – learn and develop though interactions with managers and peers.
- Be a proactive and effective contributor to overall Operations function.
- Embody a one team mindset.
- Skilled CRM user – full compliance with CRM standards and requirements.
- Systems minded with the ability to easily navigate multiple screens and software programmes and adapt quickly to new systems.
- Good level of basic education.
- Good level of basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Problem solving in a customer service environment.
- First class communication skills, both written and verbal, mainly written
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working to targets/KPIs.
- Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
- Experienced CRM user is an advantange
- Fluent in written and spoken Flemish/French
